Sessions may address topics which are related to leadership skills, styles, and strategies that foster a culture of empowerment.   

 Employee Engagement and Motivation  

Keeping employees engaged and motivated is crucial for their empowerment. This conference explores ways to create a sense of purpose and fulfillment in the workplace.  

 Skill Development 

Empowering employees often involves investing in their skills and professional development. Sessions focus on training programs and workshop topics and other resource tools that will enhance employees' abilities to perform their jobs effectively.    

For Applicants

Sessions are 45 minutes and speakers are encouraged to join the Speaker Panel at the end of day.

Breakout Presenters will be compensated by receiving a free conference registration and 5 free tickets which you may allocate at your discretion. 

While your breakout session will demonstrate your expertise, we aks that you refrain from any overt marketing and sales.

When you provide information, the conference team commits to showcasing you as a presenter prior to the event through social media and the website.
